Refund policy

You can return your VR ProOptics products within 30 days for a hassle-free refund. VR ProOptics lens inserts come with a 12 month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If you are unhappy with your VR ProOptics products, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible:

You can return your item by following the below steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Let us know that you would like to return the product. Please tell us briefly why you are returning the product.
  3. Pack the goods well in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. Address the package to: Adlens Ltd, Chilbrook Suite 2, Oasis Business Park, Stanton Harcourt Rd, Eynsham, UK, OX29 4TP.
  5. Drop off the packaging at any Post Office (or equivalent for international customers). The customer is responsible for the return postage. Post Office branch finder: https://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder

We will refund you within 28 days of receipt of the returned items.
